What is Rational Utilization? It is a concept of utilizing the resources that are available to you in a rational way. Not too little and not too much, just the right amount when you need it. It is highly sustainable, allowing you to maximize the resource you have. If you have less you can sustain over longer periods of time, if you have more you can do more with more.

Here are the basic principles of Rational Utilization:

1. In the event that the resources does not meet the minimum utilization criterial. The acquisition of resources must be always 2 steps ahead.
2. When you have enough resources, you should focus on the rational and practical use.
3. If you have more, you should maximize the use in a rational and practical way.

These content are created to rot in the World Wide Web, wasting valuable resources that are used to power servers and clients. These servers host and index the content and web/mobile clients consume them.
